I-74 West to John Deere Road.
West on John Deere/Blackhawk Road to 30th Street.
Turn right on 30th Street in Rock Island.

From I-280
I-280 East to IL-92 (Centennial Expressway) East.
Turn left on 5th Ave/IL-92 East.
Continue to follow IL-92/5th Ave to 30th Street.
Turn right on 30th Street in Rock Island.
